Academic Meeting Via ZOOM Platform

On Thursday, 25 February 2021 EDU-SYRIA Scholarship Program held an academic meeting with the scholarship students at Zarqa University through the ZOOM virtual communication platform. The meeting was divided into two separate sessions headed by the Scholarship coordinator Dr. Ala’ Khalifeh, and the scholarship officer at Zarqa University, Mr. Ibrahim Al Hariri. EDU-SYRIA Students Win Second Place In Hult Prize

A group of EDU-SYRIA students participated in Hult Prize international at Zarqa University level, and won the second place. The students Fatima al-Rayyes, Rahma al-Masri, Ayat al-Hussein and their Jordanian colleague Malak Murshid formed the team “Passion MARF, which discussed the sustainable nutrition and food security. It is worth noting that these three students were not the only ones among our students who participated in this competition. Mazen Al-Natour was born in Syria in the spring of 2001. In 2012 he moved to Jordan due to the war in Syria and is now a student at Zarqa University under EDU-SYRIA Program funded by EU, studying electrical engineering.
